Superchips Announces Cortex Performance
Programmer
For GM/GMC/Chevrolet/Cadillac Cars, Trucks, & SUV
Sanford, FL - Superchips has expanded their line of stylish new Cortex performance programmers to include part # 2950 for GM/GMC/Chevrolet/Cadillac cars, gas and diesel trucks, and SUVs. In addition to increasing performance, the Cortex comes with an industry exclusive two-year limited powertrain warranty allowing the user to drive with power and confidence.
Cortex performance programmers for GM/GMC/Chevrolet/Cadillac come with all of the same great features that Superchips' users have come to love. These features include three performance tunes to enhance both power and drivability, save stock settings, adjust shift points and pressures, raise the speed limiter, recalibrate speedometers and automatic transmissions for wheel, tire, and gear size changes, as well as the ability to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes.
Users gain up to 119 RWHP horsepower and 206 Ft/Lbs torque in certain diesel applications and up to 37 RWHP horsepower and 36 Ft/Lbs torque depending on the vehicle and Cortex calibration chosen. The Cortex is essentially never out of date; get free online updates for Superchips calibrations and software exclusively at www.Superchips.com. This allows you to always enjoy the latest and greatest Superchips has to offer for your vehicle.
The Cortex also includes a special expansion port that will allow users to connect compatible accessories. This means the Cortex can stay in the vehicle cabin and act as a hub communicating with networked accessories such as dash-mount displays, gauges, and supplemental vehicle sensors. An array of compatible devices will be available for sale in 2008.
Superchips' Cortex product line consists of a mere three part numbers -- one part number for all Ford applications (e.g. gas cars, F-Series gas and diesel trucks, and SUVs), one for all GM family applications, and one for all Chrysler/Dodge applications. The Ford product began shipping in mid-September while GM family support has been recently released and Dodge will follow in mid December.

It plugs into the vehicle OBDII port and allows the user to recalibrate his/her speedometer for larger or smaller tire sizes or gear swaps*. The Tirepaq can also be used as a scan tool that can read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs or “check engine†lights).
Tirepaq will tune your shifting to compensate for those tire and gear changes to keep your ride driving smoothly. The Tirepaq is a great tool for all you folks changing out gears and tires but even greater is the fact that the customer can upgrade his/her Tirepaq at any time to a full-featured power programmer–the Superchips Flashpaq! Tirepaq is available now for GM gas-powered trucks and SUVs. Soon the Tirepaq will be available for most GM, Ford, and Dodge/Chrysler gas and diesel-powered vehicles! Flashpaq for 2008 6.4L Ford Powerstroke Now Available!
Superchips has done it again. We are proud to announce the release of Flashpaq part number 1808 for the all-new twin-turbo 6.4L Ford diesel pick-up. Nobody has tuned more Ford trucks over the years than Superchips and we're at it again with Ford's newest edition. This new Flashpaq will tune both the engine and the transmission for optimal performance. Get an additional 78 horsepower and 146 lbs. ft. of torque out of your rig with the latest from Superchips.
